Dear Stakeholders/Guests,

        Your “Aryavart Bank” has come into existence on 01.04.2019 with the amalgamation of “Gramin Bank of Aryavart” and “Allahabad U. P. Gramin Bank” vide Government of India Notification dated 25.01.2019 with share capital of 50% by Government of India, 15% by Government of Uttar Pradesh and 35% by Bank of India, the Sponsor Bank.

           The Bank operates in 26 districts of Uttar Pradesh having Branch network of 1367 and Head office at Lucknow. These Branches are managed by around 6000 efficient work force under the control & supervision of 22 Regional offices.

           It brings me immense pleasure to announce that the business mix of your Bank has crossed Rs. 50000.00 Crore mark with Rs. 30,160.00 Crore of Deposits and Rs. 21,067.00 Crore Advance. The Bank has witnessed decent turnaround from combined loss of Rs. 388.18 Crores in March, 2019 to profit of Rs. 45.12 Crores in March 2020 and Rs. 105.05 Crores in March2021. The Bank has improved its operating ratio in significant manner. The Bank has come out of “Prompt Corrective Action” framework and “RRB in Focus” during 2020-21 because of improved operational and financial performance.

           All your branches are working on Core Banking Solution with State of the Art Technology, offering wide range of product and services to cater the needs of our customer base.

           I assure for value driven Banking facilities and services in the efficient and effective manner for the overall growth of economy consistent with the socio-economic objectives of the Bank. I myself and the entire team of the Bank rededicate ourselves for economic development of our command area, the State and the Nation and seek the cooperation of you all for this nation building endeavor.
